Assumption of Risk: Let’s Padel Bahrain, carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries.

I understand and acknowledge that a participant may incur personal or bodily harm while participating in sports-related activities, including but not limited to activities described as running, jumping, physical contact, etc. By accepting this agreement, I assume all risks inherent in these activities and accept full responsibility for any and all injuries of any kind, and take full responsibilities to any and all damage caused by my guests including myself to any and all Let’s Padel Bahrain facilities, equipment and staff.

I have read the previous paragraphs and I know and understand and appreciate these and other risks are inherent in the activity I am participating in. I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks.
